Dr. Abdullah Haddid
Dr. Abdullah Haddid brings extensive experience as a Medical Officer in the Hunter area, complemented by his fellowship at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
With a focus on Dermatology and Minor Surgery, including advanced skin skills, Dr. Haddid’s expertise extends to skin checks and procedures.

Dr Emmanuel Bukajumbe
Dr Bukajumbe completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree in 2001 in Uganda and began his journey as a Medical Practitioner in Australia in 2018. He worked at the Neuropsychiatry Unit, Calvary Mater Hospital and Hunter Medical Research Centre (HMRI) as a Sub-Investigator in studies on Cognition and Alzheimer’s disease as he pursued his PhD in Medicine at the University of Newcastle. Dr Bukajumbe also undertook a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree specializing in biostatistics and epidemiology at the University of Melbourne. He is highly interested in the prevention of diseases and General Practice in addition to Clinical Nutrition, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and the care of the elderly or Geriatric Medicine. He also has a special interest in Artificial Intelligence in Medicine and Data Science.
He also enjoys spending time with his family, singing, basketball and football. Dr.Bukajumbe has a good command of the English language.

Dr Zahraa Alassaf
Dr. Zahraa Alassaf has worked in many hospitals in the Hunter New England region. She is currently preparing for a fellowship with The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Her main areas of interest are women’s health, chronic disease management, mental health and pain management.
Dr Zahraa is trained in IUD (including Mirena) and Implanon insertion. She is a valued doctor within our clinic.
Dr. Alice Najjar
Dr. Alice Najjar is a compassionate and dedicated General Practitioner committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based medical care to patients of all ages. She has extensive experience in children’s health, women’s health (including pregnancy care), and elderly care, ensuring every patient receives personalized and comprehensive attention.
Dr. Najjar holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) and is passionate about preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and family health. Known for her active listening, clear communication, and problem-solving skills, she strives to build lasting relationships with her patients and guide them toward better long-term health outcomes.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Najjar maintains an active lifestyle through regular gym training and values the role of health and fitness in overall well-being. Her deep motivation to combine science with helping people every day continues to inspire her medical journey.

Dr. Earl Pasay
Emergency Medicine SRMO
Dr. Earl is a dedicated and skilled medical professional currently working as a Senior Resident Medical Officer (SRMO) in Emergency Medicine with the Hunter New England Local Health District. A graduate of Cebu Institute of Medicine (2015), he brings a strong foundation in clinical reasoning, diagnostic accuracy, and calm decision-making under pressure — qualities that make him a valued member of any healthcare team.
Since passing the Philippine Licensure Examination (2016) and earning his Australian Medical Council Certificate (2018), Dr. Earl has continued to grow both professionally and personally, achieving AHPRA General Registration in 2024. He takes pride in contributing to a supportive emergency department environment, mentoring junior staff, and engaging in projects aimed at improving patient flow and communication.
Beyond medicine, Dr. Earl enjoys fishing, playing basketball, video games, and occasionally surprising people with his guitar skills. Passionate about health and wellness, he believes in maintaining a balanced lifestyle through fitness, mindfulness, and outdoor activities — ensuring he always brings empathy, focus, and energy to his patients and colleagues alike.
Dr Mofada Hadi
General Practitioner
Dr Mofada Hadi is a dedicated GP Fellow with more than eight years of experience in general practice, complemented by over five years of hospital-based work, including roles as a medical registrar. He has extensive experience managing complex medical conditions, chronic disease, and long-term care, with a particular focus on geriatrics.
Dr Hadi has a strong background in eye health and ophthalmology, having worked as an advanced trainee in ophthalmology. He also has solid experience in skin cancer medicine, mental health, women’s health, and aesthetic medicine, including anti-wrinkle and rejuvenation treatments. His clinical skills include Implanon insertion and comprehensive chronic disease management.
He graduated in 2009 from the College of Medicine at the University of Baghdad and was accepted into ophthalmology training in 2012, ranking first. Dr Hadi obtained his AMC Certificate in 2014 and became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2021. His professional qualifications include a Diploma from the International Council of Ophthalmology, a HealthCert Advanced Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine, and a HealthCert Advanced Certificate in Aesthetic Medicine.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr Hadi enjoys staying active through sports, particularly soccer, and playing chess. He is passionate about junior sports coaching and sports medicine, reflecting his commitment to both community engagement and holistic health.

Andrew Maher
Diabetes Educator
Andrew is a Diabetes Nurse Practitioner and owner of On Point Diabetes. Andrew grew up in the Dungog and has completed a Bachelor of Nursing (University of Western Sydney, 2003), Graduate Certificate Diabetes Education and Management (University of Technology Sydney 2013), ADEA Credentialled Diabetes Educator 2013, Master of Nurse Practitioner (University of Newcastle, 2020) and is Fully Trained Insulin Pump and Continuous Glucose Monitor Trainer.
Andrew has practiced in Diabetes Education and management since 2012 in the Hunter New England Area in the Public and Private sector of NSW as well as the Northern Territory and has presented at international conferences on Diabetes Technology. Andrew enjoys running, cricket, gardening and being in the out doors with his family.

- Follow-up 20-minute consultation: $75 (Medicare rebate: $50.05; out-of-pocket: $24.95)
